All Work, No Play

On September 14, Invisible Disco held its inaugural short play festival, "All Work, No Play” over Zoom! We at Invisible Disco remain committed to giving emerging artists a space to be seen, heard, and experienced. This festival pushed us further in that endeavor than we've previously gone, uniting 18 up-and-coming playwrights and actors for a night of laughter, tears, and scares!

For those who tuned in the night of, we raised money that is going towards paying our collaborators and creating more opportunities such as this one, and if you were able to make it that night, your generous donations are so appreciated! We will never be able to adequately express just how much it means that you are continuing to support art and artists in this world that so desperately needs it, but we hope this festival was as much fun for you as it was for us!

If you weren't able to be there, never fear! In the spirit of accessibility, we will have the show up for free on YouTube very soon. Give it a watch, maybe with a roommate, friend, or family member who doesn’t get to see much theatre in their everyday life. Let’s spread the good vibes around, everybody!

Watch out in the coming weeks for announcements about our second installment “All Work, No Play: The Halloween Edition!” We’ll have five genius, all-new writers and actors for your viewing pleasure! We hope to see you there!

All our best,

The Disco Team
