This Feeling: A Virtual Retelling

Last Friday, July 3rd, This Feeling played at the Queerly Festival. The Queerly Festival was created to highlight LGBTQIA+ stories. “This Feeling” won the Queerly award at the Frigid Fringe Festival where the one woman show originally played earlier this year.

“This Feeling” is written by Amelia Annen and Lauren Montes and performed by Amelia Annen. The stage show was originally directed by Thea Throndson. In this version, Throndson wrote and performed all the new music, including, “This Feeling Theme” a song written for the show.

This show had been in various stages of editing since the February show and the team has enjoyed adapting it to a digital format. We hope to be able to produce “This Feeling” in person again and are currently pursuing opportunities to do so.
